These conditions apply to all sales by Lucas van Eeghen via or in connection with the internet. By ordering, the buyer agrees to this. Any deviation is only valid if agreed in writing/or by email and expressly accepted by the seller (‘Lucas’).
Delivery takes place by appointment at the studio of Lucas van Eeghen in Naarden, the Netherlands. The painting can be viewed and inspected there. For any studio visit or delivery please contact Lucas (see below)
Payment is made before or upon delivery via PayPal, bank transfer or in cash. If payment has been made in advance and the buyer does not wish to purchase upon delivery, any amount already paid will be immediately refunded to the account from which payment has been made.
If the buyer needs assistance with transport, packaging or customs, Lucas will be happy to assist. Please contact Lucas. All such costs made by Lucas or the buyer shall be for the buyer.
